Download links in your receipt email expire after two weeks.* If you need to download your files again after this time, you will need to contact us. Please include the order number and email address associated with your order. We will resend your receipt, which will include new links to download your files.

*Note that if your links no longer work and it has been less than two weeks, you likely ordered around the time we switched to a new shopping cart. Those links were generated by the old cart, so you will also need to contact us for new download links.
