Delivery Information

You will receive an email with a download link for your sheet music purchase. This email is sent after your payment is processed.* The email will be sent to the address you specify during checkout. Make sure you use an email address you can access and enter the address correctly (entering your email address incorrectly is the most common reason you might not receive this email).

Emails are generally sent within a few minutes after you place your order. However, please allow at least an hour before contacting us if you haven't received an email yet. Delays can occur for a variety of reasons including a temporary issue processing your payment, your email service not processing emails quickly, etc. Read this article for more information on what to do if you haven't received an email.

We are unable to send files via email as attachments. There are too many issues with this. For example, some email services limit attachment file size or block attachments altogether. If you experience issues with downloading through the link in the email, read our tips for downloading.

Please note that all of our products are digital files that you download to your computer. We don't sell physical products. Nothing will be shipped to you through the mail.
